Overview
ChapShop is a social commerce and reseller marketplace. The product brings product discovery, shopping, reseller-focused workflows, order management, and social selling into one marketplace experience for web and mobile applications.
Challenge
Customers, resellers, and sellers needed to operate in the same marketplace. Product discovery, shopping, reseller workflows, accounts, and orders had to work together as one product rather than as disconnected surfaces.
Solution
The platform was built as a React web application with Material UI and a React Native mobile application, with a Node.js and MongoDB backend. The work covered catalog browsing, product details, shopping, reseller and social-commerce workflows, user accounts, and order management.
