Overview
Jeeva Healthcare is a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform. The work focused on moving a legacy monolithic system toward a tenant-aware architecture that can support multiple organizations, users, and operational workflows.
Challenge
The existing system needed to support multiple organizations without mixing data, while remaining maintainable as features grew. A monolithic structure made independent delivery and tenant isolation harder than they needed to be.
Solution
The platform was migrated toward a multi-tenant microservices architecture with PostgreSQL, modular deployments, and organization-level isolation. The frontend sits on Next.js with operational dashboards and authentication flows for each tenant.
Features
- Organization-level multi-tenant isolation
- Role-based access for users inside each tenant
- Modular backend services for independent delivery
- Healthcare operational dashboards and workflows
- Related product work including AI-assisted clinical training (APT)

Architecture
Tenant-aware PostgreSQL schemas, Node.js services, Knex-based data access, and Next.js application surfaces. Docker and AWS S3 are part of the production stack used on the platform.
Our contribution
Engineering work included architecture migration, backend services, tenant-aware data modeling, and product interfaces used by healthcare organizations.
Outcome
The platform now supports multiple tenant environments in production. Specific business metrics are not published here.
